video conferencing behind a NAT

Hi,
I am using ADSL to connect to intenet and the problem is that I can connect to some IP video numbers using Netmeeting but cannot do so using a POLYCOM ViewStation. I am using a SpeedTouch 510 router. Moreover, when the Pc having Netmeeting tries to connect to the ViewStation, is continues to ring although the screen indicates a connection.

Please help
