Has anyone set up a Polycom VSX 800 using a TN556b for BRI's?

Tech 627 I couldn't help you with the programming of the Polycom unit, but I have used our system behind an older model Vistium video conferencing system that AT&T came out with years ago. The switch just sees these 6 calls (usually set up as 384kbs or 3 ISDN-BRI lines each one being 2ea. 64 kbs circuits b channels) as calls not a video system. So one the switch side install however many lines you need (again this will vary on the need for speed but 384 is pretty good for dialup video). The only thing to remember on the jacks is these packs are a 4 wire type interface and you will need to wire the jacks on the blue/white and green white locations on the jack. Post if you need any more help with your programming in the switch.
