Video Conference through one shared IP

I am trying to start a video conference in a LAN that is running under win 2000 server, there is just one IP address for the LAN, so when I try to connect, connection always fails.. (before we had NT 4.0, and now we are sharing the connection through win 2000 server, so we are not using the proxy server any more).. I am just thinking and trying but nothing happens! any idea?..
