Video Card Problem?

I bougt a new video card for my sony desktop and when I play the game it always stop during the game time. I don't know why. I bougt a Radon 7000/64MB DDR. My computer is Sony 1.8GHz and 512MB. It also has a TV-out on video card when I plug into TV the sreen tv move very fash. I don't know what happen to it. If anyone can help will appeciate.

did you use the latest drivers for the video card? It sounds like a video driver conflict with the game and it sounds like the card is not set up properly for the TV out. have you read the "readme" file and the instructions included with the video card to see if there are ways around the problems you have or to change the settings to match the TV...30 frames per second or more?

what game are you playing. I had a similar problem with my radeon 7500 and NWN game. this is due to ATI not keeping up with what they produce and certain game problems. to solve my problem I downloaded an old driver for win2000 from ATI archive drivers,even tho I have win98se. sometimes the latest drivers are not the cure but the problem with ATI.

PS, look on the game sites, they are more help than ATI.
