Video Capture to disk

I have four ip video cameras that I can view using IE. The frame rete is about 10fps and resolution 640x480.
I need to capture the streams on my hard drive. I would prefere in chunks 4 hours each. Would anyone know about solution to my problem?

you could do it with dspack a component for bcb6 or delphi.
theres some examples similar to what you are after at their website.
