VID6.0 cannot open project: no web exists

My VID6.0 (Win98SE, PWS) will not open a certain project, altho it will open others. The error is server error: that web does not exist.

Of course, all the files are in fact there! They show both in the Project window itself, as well as Windows Explorer. I cannot duplicate the problem with other projects.

So, why won't VID open these files, while opening others? (FP ext work on others, default directories work on others).

MSDN, this site FAQ's and threads no help so far...
