VI6 DTCs don't work under XP?

I am having problems using VI6 on a PC running XP SP2.
When I right-click on a DTC, I no longer get the option of setting the object's properties.
For example, on Windows 2000 I would right click on a grid and that would open a window where I could specify what data I wanted displayed, the navigation properties, borders, format, etc.

Now with XP, when I right-click on the object, nothing happens.

Any suggestions?
