From reading other posts, I see that using P965 motherborads usually results in problems with using CD/DVD and having to use FTP or USB to install. From the reading, it appears that a USB CD/DVD drive will work, right? Any other major problems using P965 boards? I can't seem to find much info about the P35 chipset and VI3... does it work better, worse, or the same as the P965?

I will be using a Dell CERC/Adaptec 2610 for the HD's and an Intel 1000MT NIC, both of which are working fine on my current ESX whitebox, so I'm not overly concerned about them.
