I have a ATI Radeon 9200 128 card that has VGA out and TV out (S-video).

Is there a way to plug in a DVI monitor with some type of adapter for the VGA out on the card?

Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the information, Is it just an adaptor that chages the type of plug?

If your video card has just VGA port, and your monitor has just a DVI connector, then that adapter will work.

The DVI connector is supposed to have the analog as well as the digital signals. This connector only provides a "plug change" from one to the other.

Does your DVI monitor handle the analog inputs? It should be stated in the users manual.
