VG224 Call Waiting No Stutter Tone

Hello,

I am having troubles with call waiting when using a VG224. The Version on the VG224 is 12.4(15). The line busy triggers are set to 2. When a second call comes in a stutter tone is not heard. However, if you press the hookflash you are able to retrieve the call. There is just no indication that it's coming in.

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue so a tone is heard when a second incoming call is ocurring.
