VG224 assistance?

Hello...we have a VG224 with 4 bad ports, per TAC. Cisco sent me the replacement and I am needing to swap it out. I have copied the config to notepad from the existing VG224. I've tried pasting this via putty, but it errors out in many areas of the config. The admin is out on vacation...can anyone assist me with getting this new one set up?
