VFp8R.dll file is invalid or damaged 1

Vetpete,
VFP8R.dll is supplied with VFP. It's probably on your development machine, in Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VFP. It should be enough to copy it to the user's system, overwriting the damaged copy.
