VFP not remembering last open project

Over the last couple of days I have noticed that VFP 9.0 SP2 is not remembering previously Opened Projects and which toolbars were open. I am not sure what I may have done to cause this issue, any help would be most appreciated.

Sort by date Sort by votes
Tools->Options->File Locations, set Resource File correctly and press Set As Default. Also make sure that set("Resource") = ON
