This is the start of our endeavor to put a study group, compile links etc to aid in the pursuit of MCP certification.

This has turned out to be a fun forum of enthusiastic Fox people and I'm sure we'll get some cool things going.

"If it's to be it's up to me" :) (Read 'yourself')

I'll put whatever we get together on a web site. I vote we get sample questions on it too. Or perhaps once polished Tek-Tips would host the pages.

BTW, did you know you can reserve names now for fifteen bucks a year? I don't want to get off track here on this thread and don't want to plug any particular service but man that's cheap. Maybe we can make a VFP MCP Track site.
VFPTestPrep.com for example. Might be fun to make a community web site not unlike the Wiki idea. Whadda ya think? We can give the pass to everyone or have no pass and we monitor it ourselves. This would be limited to study and MCP track purposes and not to take anyway in any shape from Tek-Tips. I've seen it as low as $30/year, but $15 seems extremely cheap. There's a domain name that is expiring soon that I have my eye on....

In any event, I have plenty of disk space, so y'all are welcome to put whatever we wish on foxdev. [sig]<p>Robert Bradley<br><a href=mailto: > </a><br><a href= - Visual FoxPro Development</a><br> [/sig]

JonScott (and other RT visitors), I've created a topic in the RT on the issue of a new forum specifically for certification. Stop by and weigh in. [sig]<p>Robert Bradley<br><a href=mailto: > </a><br><a href= - Visual FoxPro Development</a><br> [/sig]
