VFP application blocking Win2K from shutting down

Hi all,

Upon shutting down Win2K while my VFP6 application is running, Win2K is able to close the application but unable from continuing the shut down process.

Any ideas on how to ractify that?

just for the heck of it
do you have an on shutdown command in your code and if so what is it

like

on shutdown do something.prg

I did a test application that has only one file "main.prg" in it with the following lines and made it as the startup program in the project, and then built the exe:

"main.prg"

ON SHUTDOWN CLEAR EVENTS

READ EVENTS
ON SHUTDOWN
CLEAR ALL
RETURN

Run the application and then try to logoff. Windows will close the application but would not proceed with the logoff process.

That fixed the problem. I was under the impression that Foxpro would resume after the Read Events when clear events is issued.

But anyway that worked perfectly.
