VFP and FTP

I'm currently writting a program that will upload and download files programmatically via VFP for use on our webpage. I have that part working, the issue I'm having is I would like to browse the FTP server and get a directory/file listing I can dump in an array to see what files are needed.

So far I have been unsuccessful in finding the code I need to get this done. Any help would be much appreciated.
