Contants of forms over width 633 and hight over 454 are not displayed in create, modify & run mode in VFP6 & VFP7. This problem was checked in 3 different computer using XP & Win 98.

There is no such problem in VFP9 on those system. I would like to know what is the reason.

Thanks

I don't know of any limitation of VFP6 or 7 regarding form sizes. Are you sure you didn't set maxwidth/height and minwidth/height?

the only thing different in VFP9 is anchoring. But it would not enable resizing if max/min width/height are set.

Bye, Olaf.

Aamir,

In all recent versions of VFP, you can control the maximum form size. Go to Tools / Options / Forms, and choose a setting from the "Maximum design area" combo.

I think what's confusing you is that, in earlier versions, the default for this setting was 640 x 480. In VFP 9.0, the default is "unlimited".
