very very URGENT, ora-24365

Hi all,

Work on oracle 8i, AIX 4.3.3 :
when we start svrmgrl on production database an error occured : ora-24365 error in character conversion.
But when I start svrmgrl on qualif database It work very well !!!
There are several databases on the server and as you can see I have not the the same problem with all of them.

With sqlplus on production dataabse, an error occured :
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

tnsnames.ora is good !!!

I am clearly not understanding how to resolve this !! any help appreciated

I may assume that some of them use Unicode Go to Metalink and look for the latest patchsets for not latest versions.

Please increase shared pool area to the maximum in $ORACLE_HOME/dbs/initdw.ora. then try.
