VERY STRANGE SITUATION , URGENT HELP

I have NT4 SERVER on small lan that is connected on Internet via dial-up (ISDN ). I am using no-ip service to have static server name ( like goran.no-ip.com ) so that VPN client can connect to it. So far so good . Remote client can connect to NT4 vpn server , database application (Oracle ) can work on client machine ( client is connected to server ) - but... I cant see any shared resources from either server nor client machine . I would like to print or share disk via VPN from client to server and vice versa , but I can't do this for now. What am I missing ?
