When I attempt to run a report logged in as a supervisor, I receive the error message " There was an error trying to print report !Failed to access information from report file"

What is strange about this is:

-If I log in to Symposium as the administrator, it works.
- 2 other computers in the office work fine with the same supervisor login. (And 2 other ones receive this same error message)
- I just did a format and fresh install of XP and Symposium on this system. (And I am logged in as the admin on the system)

- I am running Symposium Express 4.2 Rev 7

Any help you can offer would be appreciated!

First thing I always look at when I have report issues is the Sybase Driver. Verify the systems are all using the same version. Nortel uses an old version of the Sybase Driver.

Also check and make sure you don't have any different PEPs on the systems that work.

This usually has to do with permissions on the hard drive. The person running the report has to be able to write to the hard drive as this is where the report is kept temporarily.
