All,
I am using Crystal to report on Nortel's Contact Center Manager. When I run reports to look at the whole week (7x24) I get Monday through Saturday listed on the report with their totals for those days. However, Sunday does NOT show up, but the data is included in the Report total.
For example:
Day of week Number of Calls
Monday 10
Tuesday 10
Wednesday 10
Thursday 10
Friday 10
Saturday 10
Report Total 70
Does anyone have any suggestions? Obviously a 7x24 opertion want to know what is going on in their organization.
A little more detail:
The Details section is suppressed.
GF1 is the total for the day of the week
The Report Footer Summarizes ALL data for that time period.
