Very Odd Problem

I have a DTS Package that has about a dozen DataPmp tasks and Execute SQL Tasks. I can run this package without issue. However, if I add this package to Another package using the DTS Execute Package task I get "execution cancled by user" message after 2 steps. It doesn't matter what 2 steps. I have gone in a added on success workflows to see where in the process this occurs. I have gone an deleted Steps. No mater what changes I make I still get the message. A search on Support.microsoft.com has produced little help.

Has Nayone seen this behavior?
