Very Odd Error Running Report

Hi All,
I have someone that is calling Access via a third-party application. All reports work fine in Access, but one report errors when called from this other application. When they run it, Access displays the error below. Has anyone seen this error, or have any suggestions as to the possible source of the problem? I've tried elimanating built-in report functions and made all query criteria static, but it continues.

Error 3000 Reserved error [-1104]

Hi,
Are you getting this error while running ModernAccessSystems software? I checked the Microsoft web site, and they don't appear to use this error message. But, a check on this error message on Google revealed that Modern... uses this format. HTH,
