Very high speed dialing

I wanted to find a way to be able to speed dial a phone (mobile OR landline) so I can connect with my destination call super-quickly--more quickly than the average speed-dial. Are there any phone models that have better than average speed-dial features or maybe some VOIP service offer something super-fast. The reason for this is I want to call in to a US radio show, and when they open up the phone lines to the public there are immediately hundreds of people trying to get through, so I need to be able to maximise my chances of getting through .. thanks!
