Very basic TS Licensing question 1

We will be getting W2K3 Standard with 5 CALs. Does that _INCLUDE_ 5 TS licenses for application mode or do I need to buy a separate 5-pack of licenses for TS?

Do I need a separate program/license to act as the "licensing server?

No you will need separate TS licenses.

The licensing server is included with W2K3 but not activated by default. Go to Control Panel - Add/Remove Windows Components to do this.
