Verticle borders appear around Flash movie

When I configure this Flash movie in html using pixel measurements for sizing:
[ul][li][/li][/ul]
...it appears without borders, as I intend.

But when I configure it using percentage measurements, verticle borders on each side appear:
[ul][li][/li][/ul]

Any ideas what the problem might be? The background color in the Flash file is black. Download source file here if it helps:

Add the same parameters you have in the body tag of your first html

And you might want to add to that: rightmargin=&quot;0&quot; bottommargin=&quot;0&quot; for NS and maybe scroll=&quot;no&quot; if you want to get rid of the right useless scrollbar.
