Hi guys,
i have a general question about V-synch. If i understand correctly, v-synch means that if i program something and i say draw something on the screen, the system will wait for the monitor to start new refreshing cycle of the screen and only then will proceed with dumping the video buffer to the screen, right? Now, is it necessary that both v-card and monitor to support v-synch or just the support on v-card is suffiecient.
Thank you very much for any help.
