Vertical scroll from mouse position

Hi,

I'm looking for an actionscript that moves an object up and down depending on the mouse position.
The higher/lower the pointer is, the faster the scroll runs.
The closer to the middle the pointer is, the slower the scroll runs.

Well, if somebody knows where to find such a script, that would be very nice.

Use Tweens so that the greater the distance it needs to travel it moves faster.
