Vertical SBX Volume Problems

Greetings to all my fellow Vodavi dealers out there. We have installed 20 Vertical SBXIP 320 phone systems and we have had numerous customer complaints about problems with the volume. I was just curious to see if anyone had experienced similar problems. What we have found is that out of the box the volume settings are inadequate. We have been able to make adjustments with varying degrees of success.
