in Firefox, all's good. in IE, the bottom scroll button goes missing?

what is this funny business?

tried bordering the bottom to match my footer height, no good.

one world, one browser.

I can't reproduce your error on my IE6. The page looks the same on Mozilla and IE. Sorry.
