Vertical Mailing Labels

Has anyone come across the need for crystal mailing labels to print on a thermal mailing label printer one at a time on a roll and vertical.

I have changed the text 90 degrees, but can't seem to get the label size correct, or if it looks correct I get a printing error. These are not std avery labels and I have tried using the mailing label expert in crystal.
