Vertias Backup Exec 8.6 Schedule Jobs Won't Run

Hi out there! I am running Veritas Backup Exec 8.6 on Win2000 server. Recently, my backups have not been working. The job status says scheduled but they never run. I ask them to run now and they still remain at scheduled. Any ideas?

Make sure that the backup device isn't paused.

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!

You may also have an alert pending on some job somewhere and BE is waiting for you to respond to it. Check your alert log.

hi there northpark did yu manage to get this problem fixed i got the same problem and it just dont want to work..
