Version XI Runtime Font Issue

I am using a piece of software that utilizes Crystal XI Runtime for reports.

I am having a font issue where when I export the report to .pdf in the print preview of the runtime, the font sizes reduce. However, If I print to my Adobe .pdf driver, the fonts are fine.

I have seen posts on the internet talking about this issue with various versions of Crystal. However, I have tried the regedits they have recommended and it hasn't worked for me with the run time.

Has anyone else run into this? Anyone got a fix?

Hi Ed,

It sounds like it might be related to how the application you are using implements the .pdf generator. Perhaps contacting the vendor might help as they may have encountered, and solved, this issue before.

The vendor has no clue this was even an issue. It seems to be a Crystal thing that reared its ugly head in several versions up to and including XI...
