DataStage has a free Version Control tool that has its own folder on your install CD. As of version 7.x it can be installed from the client install menu. It is more of a release management tool then a team version control tool. It supports version numbering, batch release and release rollback.
DataStage does not have very good interaction with 3rd party version control tools as the code is buried deep in the internal Universe repository. It is not easy to get source code in and out of DataStage. Usually you need to build a check in and check out around the DataStage import and export commands. These commands can be run from the command line with some automation from the version control tool.
