Version conflicts reported by manager at boot

The version conflict manager reports 4 DLL modules and one exe module to be in conflict. I have tried to use the manager to revert back to stored versions but neither version clears up the conflict. They are:
ADVPACK.DLL
CABINET.DLL
SHFOLDER.DLL
W95INF32.DLL
REGSVR32.EXE

Does anyone recognize these and where can I obtain the correct versions and correct this?
