Check out this known issues with 6.3(3):
6.3(3) has features unavailable on 6.3(1) like policy NAT so I would run 6.3(3) instead of 6.3(1). Both images are fairly new so they haven't been thorughly tested. Hence, the Early Deployment label. If you need a stable release then you should be better off with 6.2(3), which is a General Deployment release, unless you need the features available on the 6.3 train.
