Passport is Quark's way of ripping people off, IMHO. From what I can see, it is the same as XPress, but with some extra language capabilities. InDesign has this built in, so I really don't see how Quark can justify releasing a second application. Also, other Quark users might have trouble opening Passport files (although I don't know the specifics). Stick with XPress, unless you really need to work with foreign languages a lot. If enough people do it, maybe Quark will get the hint....
