Version 2.1 & DECT 1

Yesterday I upgraded a site to Version 2.1 (5) .

Compact Control Unit is running latest firmware.

With DECT twinning enabled the first call to a twinned extension works fine.

When call is completed whichever of the twinned handsets that was NOT used to answer the incoming call goes Busy and subsequent calls are blocked to either of the twinned units

This happens every time so is unusable

Now using the Coverage feature as a temporary solution.

Any ideas

Did you also upgrade the dect software on the PC?

Yes. Loaded latest S/W form Version 2_1 CD

I've had that problem to, not with 2.1 but with a older version, what helped for me was, removing the function code it makes for this, it uses a fwd code

Were did you remove this code from ?

I have had the same problem we got a new build from Avaya FSG. 2.1 was ok it was the DECT sevice that needed upgrading
