Problems with the handsets not clearing down after a call is placed to a TWINNED extension.


I am told Avaya have a fix for this.

My Avaya Distributor has asked for the Software FIX level

Has anyone experianced this problem and knows of the fix level

This and another of problems are under investigation by Avaya & a trial version of the software is available

To obtain a copy of this software from Avaya you would need to sign up as a trial site.
Hopefully it will be included in the 2.1 maintanence release due late Aug/Early Spet.
