Hello,

We need to restore a .cfg from a back up, when exploring the manager file I do not see cfg file or the back up files that I was always used to, have these been hidden or am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated.

Check the Manager File | Preferences | Security settings are enabled.

Then the File | Preferences | Directory settings for where the files should go.

Finally, if the admin suite was installed without admin rights, then it starts saving files to C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I would also check security settings in preferences and make sure it is set to save backups and such. I have had some installs it wasn't on by default.
