version 11.1 Cannot modify caroot password receive error message

In reference to the above thread, I still get the message:

"failed ... reason : No permission for this operation"

when I try to add a user using both methods.

Any help would be appreciated... I'll post more info if requested.

Login with the user you installed arcserve with and create equivalences as specified in the other thread for the accounts you want to use.
