verizon wireless slow down!!!!!!

I got slow internet speed again. It was just happened 1 day ago and it's not returning back to normal.

This happened last 2 months and returned to normal for a week. I just want to know what's the problem of getting low speed.

I got only the maximum of 350kbps and it is moving up and down but I usually get the average of 2000kbps and maximum of 3mbps. And internet becomes dormant(stop sending) when watching movie online.

This is so slow like what happened last 2 months. I want to repair this, I have many things to do. When I called Verizon they said they don't know what happened. Also, it's just happened I didn't move anywhere. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! help me!!!!

Uh, yeah...it will...you're streaming video, and 2-3MBps will be easily eaten up.
Post the results from Speakeasy download speed test. Let's make sure you're not confusing MB/KB with Kb/Mb. Bytes and bits...

hmm it is wireless but direct to the tower, it's for laptop.

and i got 200kb in speedtest.net but i usually getting about 2000kb
