We have a user who has switched to Verizon FIOS because of problems with her BrightHouse service. Now her teleworker (5224 IP Phone) will not connect back to our ICP. The internet signal is good on her computer, but even connecting the phone straight to the Verizon FIOS modem will not allow the teleworker to connect back. Has anyone experienced this problem? Are there known problems with Verizon FIOS and Mitel?
