Veritas Ver 7.3

We are running Veritas 7.3, but some one un successfully installed IIS and the backupexec program is asking to connect to a server. I have tried inputting the servers name with no success. I am trying to avoid un-installation but it seems as though it will be inevitable.

Please advise.
