veritas netbackup

I have two systems (E450 and E280) and each is running veritas netbackup. E450=netbackup ver. 3.4 and the E280 is running netbackup ver. 4.5.

The E450 is a master server and has only himself as a client and is using a L20 robot.

The E280 is a master server and has solaris clients and uses a L180.

We want to remove the L20 from the E450 and migrate all the backups to the E280.

Does any one have any suggestion on this migration. Will the archives L20 (E450) tapes be usable on the new E280 if we need to restore ?
