Veritas netbackup cannot read/restore part of the backup (URGENT)

Hi All,

For a customer of ours we are trying to restore a backup, which does not seem to be working.

For this we are desperately looking for an expert in Veritas Netbackup 4.5 running on Solaris 2.8

If you could contact (+31-20 6058162) us if you think you can be off assistance this would be More than highly appreciated.

As it is 03.00 hrs local time in Amsterdam (so nobody/company is reachable), stuck in the office at night, with 6 hours to go for the restore, you can understand the urgency of the matter....

PROBLEM:
We have made a full backup of a several disk in a SAN (powervault 660/224f) to tape.
When trying to restore the data from 1 disk (L) we can read the tape, restore all disks BUT this disk (which is the one we need).

We know that the backup was made, because we can find the job in the catalog, and the bacup excited with a status 0.
When viewing the contents of the media all other drives (C, I, J, K, Q) are visible but NOT drive L.
The backup on the other hand has (correctly) been made, according to notification send.


I can imagine someone has had this before or just knows the answer, PLEASE give us a call (+31-20 605 8162)!!
