Veritas datacenter 4.5

Hello again
I have just done a fresh install of datacenter 4.5. ran all maint. packs(4) then imported my database from 3.4.1. It seems to be working fine except for the following error message (media open error (83). sometimes the backup works then the previous message pops up) anyone seen this or have any ideas to help...

83 typically points to device issues. This may be ralated to DNS not resolving the names - Verify that your media servers and master servers are communicating and that you can connect to each device in your device configuration as you may have a corrupt global database file.
