I am having the same problem that this guy had with a dell powervault system. The job will go to loading media then queued and never backup. I've restarted the services, server and powervault.
I have not been able to find anything online to help me with this situation.

They stay that way until I cancel them or they fail on their own. I have reinstalled drivers for the Tape device (storage tek L80) and reinstalled 9.1 a few times. Most will get a good chunk of the way through the job and will have 300gb+ count before they go into a queued state and stay that way.
Most of these errors have no discription in the logs.
