Veritas backup Installation error

Hi I'm trying to install Verita's Backup Exec 9 on Windows 2000 server Standard Edition. Half way through the install, it rolling back installation. An error message appears saying ( the wizard was intterpted before Veritas backup completed)
here the last lines of bkupins.log

what about the the last two lines ???some one have any idea ?
