Veritas Backup exec v8.6

I have recently had to change my server name that the above runs on. Since then veritas is looking for the old server name. Does anyone know how to tell veritas the new server name without re-installing?

There are serveral references to the name of the backup server in the registry in HKCU\software\veritas and HKLM\sortware\veritas

you could try renaming them to the new server name, but I think it might be safely to reinstall.
